The Water molecule is made of Hydrogen and Oxygen (H2O).
In the human body, there are two basic types of water: Bound water and Structured water which is H3O.OH.
Energy Water Crystals changes water (H2O) to structured water (H3O.OH) which is the same as the structured water in our cells.
